Race Readiness
See how your recent training measures up to your race goal. The radar brings six areas of fitness together, so you can see where you are strong and what needs work. Pacey explains the evidence behind each area and uses the biggest gap to shape your plan.
The evidence behind your readiness
Your daily metrics, training trends and race course give Pacey the context to explain what to work on next.
Today's Metrics
Readiness, sleep, recovery, body battery and more — the vitals behind each day, in one place. Your latest Garmin data adds context to the readiness read and the training ahead.

Pacey coach's read on this course
Most of the route is flat, so the early kilometres give you room to settle into a controlled pace. About half of the climbing comes in the final third, when tired legs have less to spare. Keep some effort in reserve rather than trying to build a large lead early. On the late rise, hold a steady effort and let the pace ease if you need to.
Mostly flat, with much of the climbing late. Save enough effort for the closing rise.
The Big Picture
Bring the training, recovery and course into one clear view of your race goal. The Pacey coach highlights what is already working, the main gap to address and where to focus next.
Your longer runs show you can cover the distance and run near your target pace. The main question is how much effort that pace costs when you are tired. The late climbing makes it worth practising a controlled start, so you still have something left for the closing kilometres.
You have the endurance for the distance. The next step is holding goal pace with less effort, especially on the late climb.
A full-length easy run shows the distance is within reach. Your longer, quicker sessions add useful practice at keeping the effort going.
Goal pace is there, but the harder efforts still take a lot out of you. The next step is holding that pace with more control, not simply adding more speed.
Practise a controlled effort near goal pace, without starting too hard. Keep the surrounding easy days relaxed so you can absorb the work.
